Terms of Use

  1. The program is a tool designed to automatically search for potentially attractively priced listings published on external platforms.
  2. Purchasing access to the program is entirely voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
  3. The program does not guarantee a profit, the discovery of any specific number of opportunities, or any financial benefit. Results depend on, among other things, market conditions, the availability of listings, and the user’s individual decisions.
  4. All purchasing decisions are made solely by the user. The service provider is not responsible for transactions made between the user and sellers on external platforms.
  5. The program only searches for and displays listings. The service provider does not own the offers shown and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, conformity with their descriptions, or the honesty of sellers.
  6. The user uses the program at their own risk and agrees to independently verify every listing before making a purchase.
  7. The service provider makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the program functions correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Technical interruptions, updates, or failures beyond the service provider’s control may occur.
  8. Access to the program is intended solely for the person who purchased it. Sharing an account with third parties, reselling access, or attempting to bypass security measures may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
  9. If the user discovers errors, experiences technical issues, or has questions about how the program works, they should contact the administration. Every report will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible.
  10. The service provider reserves the right to make changes and updates to the program in order to improve its operation, security, and functionality.
  11. By using the program, the user acknowledges that it is a tool supporting the search for listings and does not constitute investment or trading advice, nor a guarantee of any specific results.
  12. In the event of any dispute or uncertainty, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting the administration.

  1. The service provider limits the scope of processed data to the minimum necessary to provide the service and verify payments.
  2. Data provided by the user is used solely to process the order, grant access to the program, contact the user, and handle any support requests.
  3. The service provider does not sell or disclose user data to third parties, except where required by applicable law.
  4. The program does not collect any additional personal data or information unrelated to the use of the service from the user’s device.
